Blair witch project meets The Host with an annoying love story subplot. It's great eye candy but the guy's "I'm going to save my girlfriend no matter what" attitude gets a little annoying after awhile.

I was just getting into the ding-dong teen drama setup when cthulu showed up and started wrecking shit. I was then over-come by an inexplicable urge to curl my eyelashes after returning from my trip to sephora, I made a few calls on my nokia cell phone. Then came up with an alternative ending where everyone dies in the helicopter crash like a real human would…-all in all I liked it!!-CP

I like joy division, Ian Curtis was an intense character despite his age, this is a cool portrayal of his inner conflict and eventually demise "Where will it end?" -CP

The Good Girl

This one pleasantly surprised me. Writer Mike White has a comedic sense similar to the writers of Waiting For Guffman and Best in Show, Christopher Guest and Eugene Levy. This is very funny and it tells a nice story. There are quite a number of quotable lines in this one. -Ann

Good Will Hunting

I think that Gus Van Sant has made some of the worst movies ever made. Ask me some time and i'll hit you on the head repeatedly with a hammer. Luckily his trademark faux avant garde crackpot is at a minimum here. The strength of the script (pretty boys can write) and the acting ( Robin Williams is so great so you wonder why he makes crap like flubber!) carries the day. I really like this movie. You may not. It's an apocalyptic/ political thriller/ satire in the vein of David Lynch or Terry Gillian sort of. It is a pretty strange movie with a ridiculously confusing plot, plus it's got these mainstream character actors playing kind of parodies of themselves along side a bunch of random comedians who come off real serious, It's totally weird but I thought it was awesome. -Clarke
